It's July and in most places here in the USA it's HOT!  We are spending more time outside in the sun, enjoying ourselves in sports, the lake, the beach, and whatever!  Some of us are even in the garden...but wherever you are outside spending these long summer days here's good information from Irene Wolansky...check it out!

Aloe Vera Skin Relief |

oz aloe vera gel | |

drops lavender essential oil | |

drops vitamin E oil | |

drops calendula essential oil | |

drops peppermint essential oil | 
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, and apply to the skin as often as desired. Keep gel in the refrigerator to increase its cooling effects.

Chamomile After-Sun SprayMakes: 4 ounces |

oz chamomile flower water (hydrosol) | |

drops chamomile essential oil | 
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, pour into a spray bottle, and apply to the skin as often as desired.

Baking Soda Paste Makes: ¼ cup |

cup baking soda | |
| 
1½–2 | 
T lavender or chamomile flower water | |
| 
5 | 
drops lavender essential oil | 
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until a medium-thick paste forms, apply gently to the skin, and allow to dry. Once finished, rinse off carefully without irritating sunburned skin.
