...it was a little tea room in my memories...ladies wearing white gloves and pretty hats; soft and mended old linens on the tables; and heirloom roses in crystal vases....lovely.

Hooray for you! Good job Paula! I loved your post! My Nana used to wear two aprons... one on top that she worked in and a 'good' apron underneath, if the door bell rang she would take of the top apron on the way, so no one ever saw her in a less than perfect pinny!! X
