...and guacamole is one of my very favorite things! I love the color, the taste, the mouth feeling with those tortilla chips...I use to live in San Antonio, Texas and we ate and I cooked LOTS of mexican food...I would make a big bowl of guacamole and hide it in the refrigerator and eat it all! I swear!!! I am a greedy pig for guacamole!
